Program:

1st day Saturday

Departure from Zagreb at 6:00 a.m. Bus ride to Baranja, expected arrival is around 11 o'clock. Accommodation on a family agricultural farm. After settling in, the expert guide takes you on a tour of vineyards and wineries. Through interesting stories about customs, traditions, wines and food, you will get to know Baranja. During the tour of the winery, you will be able to have a bite of salty and sweet local Baranja delicacies. If you wish, we can organize lunch for you. Continuation of socializing with fine wines, local gastronomic offer and music until late at night.

2nd day Sunday

Breakfast. Departure for Zagreb is at 11 a.m.

After the Christmas and New Year holidays, a long January awaits us, which they say is the most depressing and longest month of the year. To make sure that this year is not the same for you, we are taking you to the traditional Vinceška in the east of Croatia, where the largest and oldest wine cellars in Croatia are located. We take you to the Baranja vineyards in Zmajevac, Suza and the surrounding villages. Vinceška in Baranja is celebrated around the day of St. Vinko on January 22, in such a way that after visiting the vineyards and christening the vines, the winemakers open the doors of their wine cellars, the so-called gators that are unique in the world.

In gators and streets cut into the hill, the so-called surduks, the party lasts until late at night. With top wines, Baranja winemakers will make sure that no one goes hungry. Sausage and bacon baked on an open fire, beans in clay jars are an indispensable part of the gastronomic offer during Vincekovo. There will also be homemade cakes. Fine wine, traditional Baranja specialties and live music will recharge your batteries. You will be accompanied by an expert guide who will make sure that you do not miss anything and that you enjoy it to the maximum.
